Description
Kahr Arms is pleased to kick off their newest series of Kahr pistols – the CM series. The new line begins with the Kahr CM9093 which is based on Kahr’s most popular 3†barrel 9mm model the PM9093.
The CM Series takes the value priced features from Kahr’s CW series (3.6†barrel 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP models) and incorporates these fea- tures into a smaller 3†barrel package. The CM9093 has the same external dimensions as the PM9093 which make it ideal for concealed carry by licensed civilians and law enforcement personnel. The CM9093 is cham- bered in a 9 x 19 caliber, has a 3.0†barrel and an overall length of 5.42â€, with a height of 4.0â€. The pistol weighs in at 14 ounces plus 1.9 ounces for the 6 rd stainless steel magazine. Differences between the CM models and PM models are the CM9093 has a conventional rifled barrel instead of the match grade polygonal barrel on Kahr’s PM series; the CM slide stop lever is MIM (metal-injection-molded) instead of machined; the CM series slide has fewer machining operations and uses simple engraved markings instead of roll marking and finally the CM series are shipped with one magazine instead of two magazines.
Kahr’s seven patents are incorporated into the CM9093 resulting in benefits not available in other compact semi-autos on the market today. The black polymer frame features patented 4140 steel inserts molded into the frame in the front and back for added rigidity and strength which can withstand firing thousands of rounds. Kahr’s incomparable cocking cam trigger system employs a patented cam to both unlock the firing pin block (passive safety) and complete cocking and releasing of the firing pin. The
system provides a “safe-cam action†and unbelievably smooth double ac- tion only trigger stroke, fast to fire in critical defensive situations.
Kahr’s two patents covering the offset recoil lug and the trigger bar at- tachment allow Kahr’s barrel to fit lower in the frame and since there is no hammer the shooter’s hand is further up the grip resulting in less felt recoil and quick follow-up shots. The CM9 boasts real sights which are drift adjustable in the rear and a pinned-in polymer front sight featuring a white bar-dot configuration. Finally the slide locks back after firing the last round – another feature missing on a number of lower cost compact semi-auto pistols.
The CM9 slide is only .90 inch wide and machined from solid 416 stain- less slide with a matte finish, each gun is shipped with one 6 rd stainless steel magazine with a flush baseplate. Magazines are USA made, plasma welded, tumbled to remove burrs and feature Wolff Gunsprings. The maga- zine catch in the polymer frame is all metal and will not wear out on the stainless steel magazine after extended use.
Kahr offers the CM series at a great value price but did not compromise on the features, accuracy or reliability found in all Kahr pistols.Category : PistolsType : PistolAction : DoubleCaliber : 9mmBarrel Length : 3.0″Capacity : 6+1Safety : No ManualGrips : IntegralSights : Drift AdjustableWeight : 15.9 ozFrame Finish : Black

Pocket Carry 9
Posted by Henry on Dec 31st 2018
This was my first ever purchase with Florida Guns and my customer experience was a pleasurable one. Order was processed and shipped the same day. Three business days to my FFL. The one minor question email I had about the order was answered in under three minutes, unheard of. Customer service gets a 5 out of 5. As far as the CM9, it was purchased specifically for a pocket carry 9. It’s a proven winner in this field. I would highly recommend Florida Guns and would certainly purchase from you again. Thank you.

Kahr cm9

Just my two pennies on the CM9 I’m not law enforcement but I do work in a high-risk industry the CM9 is my backup weapon. it has pros and cons one of the pros being that it’s size allowed for carry in non-permissive environments it will feed anything that I want to stuff down the throat and one of the cons is it is ammo deficient. Sorry Florida Guns I didn’t buy it from you wished I had. Get an extra magazine and shoot lots of rounds to learn how to manage the trigger you won’t be sorry

Great concealed handgun
Posted by TA on Jan 13th 2016
I purchased this CM 9 from Impact guns and their service was great. I have purchased two firearms from Impact and have been pleased both times with their price and service.
I took the CM 9 out of the box and immediately to range. I fired 120 rounds of several different types of ammo including hollow points, new, and re-manufactured. It all functioned flawlessly, no malfunctions at all. The sights and accuracy is the best I have shot in any a caliber out of a pocket pistol. I am extremely pleased with the Kahr CM9 and will probably be buying another Kahr soon in 380. By the way, Kahr recommends that you load the chamber by releasing the slide with the slide release lever. Well I chambered the gun with several different methods and it chambered a round with no problems

Terrific fit
Posted by Bud on Jun 24th 2013
Purchased this pistol last week. I shot 4 boxes of different brands of ammo including re-loads. I did not have a single problem.
I have had others jam with same re-loads.
I don’t see a problem getting one magazine. If you get two with a pistol or buy one later, one way or another you pay for it . The slide works fine and the feel is Great.

Perfect Pocket Pistol
Posted by K-money on Feb 1st 2013
I have had my new Kahr CM9 now for about a month. I have shot cheap steal and aluminum case rounds through it with perfection. I have shot brass round nose and brass hollow points through without a hitch.
Has a positive trigger and much less recoil than I had expected. Almost feels the same as my last .380.
I carry this with a IWB tuckable holster and it wears great.
If you want the perfect pocket 9 this is it!

I do own one of these and can’t be more pleased. Accurate, well made pocket 9. I’ve fired close to 300 rounds so far without a single problem whatsoever. Well made, quality pistol with a great price tag. Made in the USA, fantastic quality.

Don’t Listen to The Guy Who Gave This 2 Stars
Posted by Shooter McGavin on Oct 30th 2012
I don’t own this gun either, but don’t listen to the guy above who gave this gun 2 stars. This gun is well known for being the top of the line for the budget pocket 9’s. I’ve fired the CW9 and if anything like that gun, this one is a winner. I do like the size and the fit and finish of Kahr’s handguns is top notch. You get one magazine with ALL of the budget 9’s, except maybe the 709 Slim. Taurus clearly has to make up for quality shortcomings (at least in reputation). I own an LC9 and went with the Ruger over the CM9 because of the external safety. I want my wife to be able to carry and she’s not comfortable enough to carry without the added safety. Some like it, some don’t. This CM9 is an awesome gun and lives up to the Kahr reputation.
